Scope of Work: Design and Build including Building Permit Processing
Design Concept: Box type on neutral colour scheme. Focused to provide well ventilated and natural flow of light.
Project Description: Sit on a 168sq.m lot this 4-bedroom 2-storey single attached apartment has a floor area of 150sq.m, fitted with en-suite kitchen, walk-in closet and attached toilet for master bedroom.
Project Status: Structural Works completed.
Project No 1: Two Storey Duplex Apartment
Location: Tagaytay City
Scope of Work: Design, Build and Sell including Permit Processing.
Design Concept: Minimalist, with a touch of earth and neutral colour scheme. Focused to provide ample ventilation and natural flow of light.
Project Description: Sit on a 308sq.m lot this 3-bedroom 2storey duplex apartment has a floor area of 110sq.m each, with generous space for garden and greens.
Project Status: Unit 1 - Construction 95% complete;
Unit 2 - Construction 20% complete.
Project No 2: Two Storey Residential Apartment
Location: Sipocot, Camarines Sur
Scope of Work: Design and Build.
Design Concept: Complete and separate utilities for each floor. A box type 2-storey residential apartment which will house 2 families. Maximized space was the main aim for this Project.
Project Description: Sit on a 200sq.m lot this 3 bedroom each level apartment has a total floor area of 130sq.m .
Project Status: Construction 80% complete.
Project No 3: Two Storey Residential Building
Location: Antipolo City
Scope of Work: Design and Build, including Permit Processing.
Design Concept: Box type on neutral colour scheme. Focused to provide ample ventilation and natural flow of light.
Project Description: Sit on a 168sq.m lot this 4-bedroom 2 storey single attached building, has a floor area of 150sq.m. Ground floor consist of a living area, dining area, powder room, guest bedroom, kitchen and storage room while on the Second Floor has a master bedroom with attached walk in closet and toilet and bath, 2 bedrooms with common t&b, family area with access to a huge balcony.
Project Status: Unit 1 - Structural Works completed.

Project No 4: Two Storey Residential Bldg with Roof Deck
Scope of Work: Construction including Permit Processing.
Design Concept: Has a neutral colour scheme with main colors of gray, white and brown.
Project Description: The total Floor Area of the house is 256sq.m while lot area is 312sq.m. The GF consists of a receiving hall, powder room, living room, entertainment room, office, dining area, kitchen, storage and a maid's room with attached t&b. The upper floor consists of the 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets a a family hall. Roof deck can be accessed from the dining area by the lanai at the back of the house.
Project Status: Unit 1 - Processing of Authority Requirements on going. Construction to start.

Project No 5: Condominium with Loft
Scope of Work: Renovation and Fit Out Works
Design Concept: Has a neutral colour scheme with main colors of grayish blue, off white and midnight blue.
Project Description: The approximate floor area of the unit is 45sq.m. The condominium consist of a modular kitchen unit, island unit to serve as dining table, toilet and bath, living room with built in TV unit on the main level and on the loft area will be 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and beds.
Project Status: Unit 1 - Design development stage. Processing of Authority requirement to start.

Project No 6: Renovation & Extension of Floors - Second Floor with Roof Deck
Scope of Work: Renovation and Extension of Floors
Design Concept: Industrial Type and Modern Design Concept.
Project Description: The approximate floor area of the extended floor is 122sq.m. The proposed second floor has its own entrance and completely independent from the existing ground floor. It has complete facilities and has direct access to the proposed roof deck
